The community of Brooklyn is located about midway between Holly Pond and Baileyton in the eastern part of Cullman County, Alabama.
This brief history of Brooklyn is made available by the Holly Pond Historical Society. The individuals that prepared this document understand that it is not a complete history of the area. But it is hoped to be the beginning of a collection of additional information. As the paper is read and shared it will spark memories that can be added to this collection.
